Refunds
If you do not use it, you have 7 days to get your money back. If you fail the real AIGP exam after scoring 70% or higher on one of our mocks, we add 90 days of access — extra time, not a pass rate.
7-day unused
If you have not used the bank in a meaningful way within seven days of purchase, ask support (and copy us) for cash back. Unused means you have not burned through paid items or completed a timed mock.
+90 days after a fail
If you complete a Primer timed mock at ≥70% accuracy, sit the real exam within the access window, and fail that official exam, you can request an extra 90 days of access. Send the official fail notice and the mock result id. This extends time. It is not a pass-rate promise and not a cash guarantee that you will pass.
